Our recruitment process for qualified nurses primarily focuses on campus recruitment from esteemed nursing institutions. Additionally, the MRS concept is backed by a dedicated team of social work professionals. We actively identify and train unemployed youths from both urban and rural areas, equipping them with essential skills through an intensive training program lasting from 6 months to 1 year. Subsequently, we place them in suitable positions that align with their individual strengths and abilities.
